Create a Space is a welcoming place for neurodivergent young people to get creative, meet others and try new things.

Create a Space

You don't need a formal diagnosis or any experience in art, and there's no cost to come along. Just turn up, get involved and enjoy being creative together.

We are Create a Space

a space to create..

A space to create, connect and be yourself.

Create a Space is a creative community for neurodivergent young people aged 15–25 in North Northumberland.

It's somewhere you can explore art, try new things, meet other young people and develop your creativity in your own way and at your own pace.

You don't need to be good at art or have any experience. Just come along, get involved and see where your creativity takes you.

Made together, for everyone..

Made together, for everyone.

Create a Space is shaped by the young people who come along, with support from parents, local artists and people who care about making creative opportunities more accessible.

We believe everyone should have the chance to be creative, meet like-minded people and feel part of something.

We're a Community Interest Company (CIC), which simply means that any money we make goes straight back into running activities and creating more opportunities for our community.
